Do 01-03 Elantras have side air bags?

Dinesh,

The side airbags come out of the seats near the shoulders. Your seat 
cover definitely WILL interfere with them, possibly preventing them from 
working at all. Hyundai specifically states that seat covers that cover 
the shoulder area should NOT be used in their cars equipped with side 
airbags. While your covers look nice, they're also compromising your safety.
