[Elantra GT] A/C Smell

All the Hyundais I have ever owned had stinky AC. My 2005 Tib also blew some
stinky air into my face for about 10 seconds, 30 minutes ago as I started it
up to come home from work.

It is caused by bacteria in the entrained water (condensate from the cooling
effect) in the AC ductwork decaying.

The only "cure" is to use the AC all the time with short breaks (say 4 -5
hours) in between.

Regards,
Wayne
