[Elantra GT] Need to change the remote reprogramming article in the Garage

The article on the Garage section of Drivers and Believers need to be
updated.  Apparently, Anton wrote the article early in the 2004 model year
and said the procedure for remote reprogramming was good for 2001-2004
models.  As it turns out, there was a change for the 2004 model year.

The article should be revised to say it is for 2001-03 models only, and that
2004-06 models need a Scan Tool to be reprogrammed (i.e., at the dealer).
I've heard that someone went to dealer and said their remote just stopped
working and they reprogrammed it free under warranty.  (He didn't mention it
was a replacement remote.)
