Hi Guys
Thanks for the prompt replay.
This is my 3rd Elantra . Actually this is a car I bought to my wife
after driving Elantra as a company car from 2001(all together about 160k
miles).
I Called the First owner of the car that told me that last year he faced
the same problem - that was solved under Hyundai guarantee - the same
case that was described by John Gordon [xlr8also2 at verizon.net]. This is
a great lead.
Thanks for your help!!

Ofer

Good points Brian.

I guess I assumed that he knew that this was the case and there was
still a malfunction.

Could be he just got the car and is now getting used to it.

Regards,
Wayne
