    I dont have this problem on my 01 GT. I have had this problem in the past with my 87 Chevy Sprint Turbo. I know what you are talking about. It seems its a Suzuki trait. Over time I adjusted to it. I cant understand what they may have changed in the 05 GT that would make it more sensitive. 

  The throttle cable in the first generation XD is a LONG cable that makes a U turn and runs right across the top of the engine. Maybe they shortened the length of cable.
