[Elantra GT] next stop tires

Now that I have got the 30k mile service over, I need to get tires...
Any recommendations...? I want a good all weather...the michelins that came with the car I guess have been ok...
In Nashville, no true heavy winter concerns...but we do get a touch..and can get hammered though I have yet to experience it../

Also, on the belts ( a/c, p/s and alternator) they were noted as showing some significant wear....don't need to be changed right this minute...but will need to be..
are they warranty items under bumper to bumper...or no?
