Hmmmm .... well since they are offering a consumable for no charge to you,
then I guess they can tie it to the oil changes. Purely a business
proposition I suppose. Thanks for clearing that up.
The only problem is they can also charge what they like for scheduled
maintenance, thereby making their money back on these 'free' tires.
BTW -- did they specify exactly what tires they would offer? Michelins are
more expensive than Kumhos, but the latter are factory installed in some
markets. This could be a 'deal' in their favour. :-}
