[Elantra GT] tires pt 2

 So far I am pleased with the ze 512s.  Of course they are new, so how much
that factors into it, is well beyond me.  Since putting them on, I have
driven in snowy weather, icy weather, and yes, this is nashville so lots of
rainy weather, and its been great.  They had gotten high marks for wet
driving, and it seems to be true.  As far as the mileage, I only got a bit
more than 30k miles out of my original tires, so if I get that, and its a
good ride the whole time, it will be ok.

Good choice. I got those tires about 2,000 miles ago, and
haven't had any cause for complaint yet. They grip like a
dream, wet or dry. Noise is about the same as the OEM
michelins, I think... At least that's the way it seems to
me now. What remains to be seen is how many miles I can get
out of them. The OEMs lasted me for 61k...
