OK I've removed these lenses when I installed my Philips side light bulbs:
1) A small tipped screwdirver is required with a moderatly long shaft (5").
2) Take the tip and insert it between the bumper cover and the outer lense (thats right they come off from the outside),
3) In small scooping and prying motions pry the lense outward a little bit at a time. Take your time.
4) start on one side of the lense then the other until the whole lense just pops out. The bulb is visible now and can bew removed by hand. Bulb pulls straight out.
5) Before installing lense test parking lights to see if bulb works.
6) Replace lense and apply even pressure across it until you here it snap in place.
7) I've noticed that the tabs on the plastic sidelight lense are fragile and will only withstand a few bulb replacements. Try not to go in there too often.
