Brian,
The numbers don't lie.
Look for yourself.
My point was the Kumho were better rated than the Hankook in the snow. I 
really don't need snow tires here in Philly. But, we do get a blizzard once 
a year where any kind of tire is useless, IE 30 inch snowfall with howling 
winds. A 'noreaster. Then, you walk a mile to the subway.:>)
