[Elantra GT] A couple of problems w/ the GT

Strange miss around 1200 RPM or so. It happens sometimes when I first take
off, and will happen every time I bog the engine below 1000 RPM and then
accellerate. It will run fine below about 1200, then be rough for a bit
passing through there, then fine after. I do have the cold start loss of
power (need to get the ECM reflashed), but I don't think it's related. Has
anyone been through something like this?

I'm also noticing that the gas mileage has declined a bit. I'm going to get
a new air filter and see if that helps at all. It might be dirty. I did air
up the tires, as they were a bit low. That seems to have helped, but I'm
still down about 3mpg from what I used to get.
