If the 2002 came with platinum plugs (I don't know), they're probably
good for 50-60K miles, but it won't hurt to change them. If it came with
standard plugs, they should definitely be changed. The plug wires should
probably be changed as well. If you're going to do any of this work
yourself, I would recommend using NGK plugs and wires. They're available
at almost any parts store.
If your car is an automatic, the fluid should be changed. If it's a
manual, there's no need.
Whenever you have questions about what needs to be done at a scheduled
service, look in the Maintenance Log that came with the car. Everything
that needs to be done is listed there. Since you're not driving much,
use the regular schedule, not the "severe conditions" (red) schedule.
Once you know what's required, you'll know if your dealer is trying to
add on unnecessary items. Unless there's a very specific reason to do
so, I would not let a dealer do anything that's not on the schedule, nor
do any of it more often than required.
