[Elantra GT] Tiburon rear sway bar upgrade for the Elantra/Elantra GT

The sway bars are in; I'll stop by the dealership in the morning and
(hopefully) pick one up that has a green splotch on it.  And we'll see how
it handles.

I was a little disappointed in the 18 mm bar, but it makes a bit of sense
now.  In HyundaiPartsOnline, it shows a different bushing for the bars.  If
I had the bushings for the 19 mm bar with the smaller 18 mm bar, there may
have been too much "slop" (although it was a bit of an interference fit with
the rubber bushing).  Maybe with the right bar I'll really feel the
difference.
